Despite the life-threatening incident, Yousafzai had no intention to lower her voice. In recognition of her actions, she became the youngest person to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014 at the age of 17. Her ‘Malala Fund’ works to build schools and raise awareness for the 130 million girls who are out of school today.
